The run-up to 2000 AD’S fortieth anniversary in February starts in this month’s Judge Dredd Megazine as Thrill-power Overload, the official history of the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic, returns!
Following on from David Bishop’s acclaimed and exhaustive book, written to mark the 30th anniversary in 2006, journalist Karl Stock has picked up the baton to cover the last ten years, with a revised volume coming out just in time for the birthday celebrations.
Also in this Megazine there’s the start of a new Dredd thriller from Arthur Wyatt and Jake Lynch featuring ape-Judge Harry Heston, who originally appeared in the first issue of the late Stewart Perkins’ Dredd fanzine Class of ’79, and there’s the final episodes of Lawless and Realm of the Damned – plus a bagged reprint edition of Sinister Dexter!
