Pre-order Strontium Dog: The Son

The brand-new collection collecting all-time comics legend Carlos Ezquerra’s final work on the iconic Strontium Dog is available to pre-order now.

The character he co-created for Starlord in 1978, this new collection brings together the story by John Wagner and Ezquerra, drawn before the artist’s untimely death in 2018.

Johnny Alpha is assigned to mentor Kenton Sternhammer, one of the new recruits to the ranks of the Strontium Dogs. Johnny knows that Kenton Sternhammer is his old partner Wulf’s offspring and while Kenton understandably wants to follow in his father’s footsteps, Johnny is reluctant to allow it, knowing the fate that has befallen many a Strontium Dog, including Wulf, a death which still eats away at Johnny’s conscience.

Out in November, Strontium Dog: The Son is available as a standard paperback and webshop exclusive hardcover, featuring a piece of classic Ezquerra artwork.
