Welcome to the last issue of the Judge Dredd Megazine for 2018 – out now in print and digital!

We mark the season with a new seasonal Judge Dredd tale from Alex De Campi and Patrick Goddard, while Lawless, Blunt, and The Dark Judges: The Torture Garden continue, while Storm Warning comes to the end of its latest festive story!

Elsewhere, there’s the usual action and adventure in the other ongoing series, plus we take a look at a couple of new projects that have sprung from Rebellion’s massive IPC archive acquisition – a reprint of the short-lived Wildcat, and the reboot of Roy of the Rovers, possibly one of the most recognisable names in UK comics.

BAGGED REPRINT: Best of Tharg’s 3rillers, Volume 3

The new Judge Dredd Megazine pays tribute to the late, great Carlos Ezquerra with a special reprint edition featuring just some of his key works.

Ezquerra, who co-created Judge Dredd and Strontium Dog, died unexpectedly on 1st October after a battle with lung cancer. As part of Rebellion’s plans to honour Ezquerra and his legacy, Megazine #402 includes an extended obituary and comes bagged with a special reprint edition featuring seven stories spanning his 41-year career with 2000 AD.

Megazine publisher Rebellion has a new videogame coming out at the end of August in the shape of the 1930s-set Strange Brigade, a thirdperson action-adventure thriller that sees you explore ancient ruins, solve perilous puzzles and blast through legions of undead enemies, and this issue we start an exclusive two-part tie-in story scripted by Gordon Rennie and illustrated by Tiernen Trevallion (don’t miss either the short-story collection The True History of the Strange Brigade, which is out from Abaddon Books on 9 August and features tales by Guy Adams, Gaie Sebold, Cassandra Khaw and more).
