OUT NOW: 2000 AD Prog 2118

It’s that time of the week again, Terrans, when our rivet-poppingly busy creator meks seek to energise your mundane existences with the Thrill-power thrumming through the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic — and what cosmic zarjazness do we have for you inside this pulse-pounding prog!

While, alas, the third book of the ultra-popular Brink comes to a close, there’s more from the Abnett script-droid as he reteams with Mark Harrison for the return of Grey Area, back from its mid-series break and thundering towards this arc’s scrotnig finale!

Kymn and Bitch are in the hands of Grell’s black-ops unit, working outside ETC laws, while Bulliet and crew are on the case, sniffing around the inconsistencies in their friends’ reported deaths. A reckoning is coming and you won’t want to miss it!

Elsewhere, it’s all change in the Grand Hall’s big chair as Logan steps up to be the new Chief Judge after Hershey’s resignation, but is his belief in the Mechanismo programme going to put him on collision course with Dredd, his former mentor? Both men are as stubborn as each other and neither is going to back down readily. Bring the popcorn, humes, and enjoy!

OUT NOW: 2000 AD Prog 2115

Welcome to your future — 2000 AD Prog 2115 is out now!

It’s that time of the week again, Terrans, when my droids and I get to pile-drive another thirty-two pages of scintillating sci-fi into your central lobes — and what stories await you!

There’s more tense action in Brink and Skip Tracer, Fiends of the Western Front comes to its batty finale, we commence another of my 3rillers in the shape of the supernatural Keeper of Secrets by Robert Murphy and Steven Austin, and the creative combo that brought you America, Song of the Surfer and Mechanismo — John Wagner and Colin MacNeil — reunite once again for the start of a new Judge Dredd story Machine Law, picking up the plot threads from Harvey that ran in Progs 2024-2029.

Ol’ Stoney-Face hasn’t been slow to voice his displeasure at robot Judges appearing on the streets of MC-1, and although these next-generation models have been programmed to empathise with the citizens he still believes that a machine having the power of life and death over a human being is a bad idea. In the past he’s been shown to be right — but there’s no denying that the Mark 8s are proving effective. Could these droid law-enforcers be the future of Mega-City policing? And will Joe stand for it? Keep watching the progs, humes!

OUT NOW: 2000 AD Prog 2112

Welcome to the space-year 2019, Terrans, as we surge into another scrotnig twelve months of ghafflebette goodness courtesy of the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic!

This Prog, alongside the continuing adventures for Skip TracerBrink and Fiends of the Western Front we have a complete Judge Dredd thriller from Rory McConville and Dan Cornwell, and the start of another of my 3rillers, the highly topical The Scorched Zone, by Eddie Robson and Nick Brokenshire.

Given that members of your species were only recently offering dire warnings for the future of the planet thanks to climate change, this story should resonate with you all. I have to say, I’ve been predicting humanity’s fate within these pages for forty-two years now so these stark expectations don’t come entirely as a surprise…
